    Chalco ½ r. blue, two superb large margined horizontal pairs used on cover to Toluca cancelled by bold strikes of framed CHALCO & / DE DEL handstamps (Schatzkes fig. 83) in black. Slight file fold well away from the adhesives and minor trace of aging, but a charming and extremely rare usage.
