    Consular Handstamps 1921/23: Lot four complete sets to 5 peso including registration stamp, issued for Argentine-Uruguay, Bolivia, Chile and Peru, as well as part sets of Brasil (only missing 15 c.), Costa Rica (missing 30 c.) and Cuba (missing 30 c.), all unused with much original gum, few adherences and minimal toned perfs., otherwise fresh of colours.
