    1 dinero blue, Second Retouch with 'CO' of 'Franco' larger and interrupted background lines, a used strip of four (Transfer Types 17-18-19-20) tied to 1862 double rate cover to Lima by PASCO-T datestamps (Nov 17) in black. Lima arrival datestamp on reverse. A few small imperfections but a charming and scarce multiple on letter.
