    Scadta Provisional Surcharges 1921: Study of 19 stamps used and unused, showing the diff. types of overprints on 50 c. pale green, including scarce Girardot Provisional VALOR  30 Ctvos S.C.A.D.T.A handstamp (4) and VALOR 30 CENTAVOS (6) in black  as well as eight copies with Bogotà surcharge "$0.30c" in violet. A fine scarce group with some inverted overprints included, on album pages with description.
