    1865: 20 c. blue, diagonally bisected example on a front of cover to Barranquilla tied by oval OCAÑA / FRANCA handstamp in black to pay the 10 centavos rate. Rare stamp bisected and a most unusual usage. Cert. Moorhouse (2014).
