    1862: Napoleon perforated, 20 c. blue in hor. pair (one value with irregular perforation), in mixed franking with type Sage 1 fr. olive, tied by «LYON 18.8.80» cds»s to small value letter with red value cachet alongside, sent to Cauterets Dept. Hautes-Pyrenées with several transit cds»s on reverse. A very late non-philatelic use of the 20 c. Napoleon 18 years after its issue, in addition together with a type Sage. Very rare.
