    1913 (Sept 28):  Impressed 1 pi. blue with 'Autonomous Government' inscription on wove envelope, size 23 x 37 mm., used with bold strike of negative DEDEAGATSCH handstamp in black with DIMETOKA cds of receipt at lower left. Extremely scarce and a very early usage of the 'Autonomous' issue.
