    1913 (Oct 15):  Impressed 1 pi. blue with 'Provisional Government' inscription on wove envelope, stamp size 23 x 37 mm., used with negative XANTHI handstamp in red, mailed to Dedeagatsch with DEDEAGATSCH negative seal handstamp of arrival on reverse and French P.O. DEDÉAGH transit cds (Oct 15) in blue on front. Usual file fold but very scarce. Ex collection S. Kuyas.
