    1878/79: Dom Pedro White Beard 20 r. violet overlapping 80 r. lake used on 1879 cover to Rio de Janeiro, tied by barred obliterator handstamps in black with 'Diamantina' despatch cds alongside (July 6). Reverse with Ouro Preto transit cds (July 15) and Rio arrival. File fold well away from the adhesives, an attractive usage.
