    10 c. vermilion, the extraordinary 1874 registered cover franked by no less than 20 examples all cancelled by Huancavelica datestamps (Sept 10), five leaved registration handstamps and framed CERTIFICACION handstamps in black. The cover with faults including opening tears affecting a few adhesives and the reverse with extensive docketing of sender and 'Lima / Distrito' datestamp in black. The rate paying for an 8½ ounce letter plus registration of 30 centavos. A splendid and exotic franking.
