    1 d. green, two examples used on cover from Arequipa to Paris cancelled by dotted ISLAY handstamps in blue, reverse with British P.O. ISLAY double ring cds on reverse in black, Callo transit (Aug 13) and London transit in red alongside (Sept 13). Front with framed 'GB / 1F 90c.' accountancy marking. Calais transit and charged due withmanuscript triple rate '36' décimes. Paris was under siege by the Prussians at this date. Faults but a rare 'Entrance Tentative' entire.
