    10 c. blue, "NACiONALES" and white dash variety discovered by Hugo Goeggel, the mint example, marginal from top of the sheet, slight imperfections and staining from ageing original gum, of no significance as this is the sole mint example with this error recorded and this describer, whilst provenancing, has found no trace of another example. A rare stamp for the specialist. Cert. Moorhouse (2012).
