    Russian Post Offices. 1903: Cover from Liu Kung Tau / Wei Hai Wei endorsed 'via Chefoo, Port Arthur & Moscow' to Birkenhead, UK franked by 'Kitai' 1 k. yellow pair, 3 k. red and 5 k. violet (3) all tied by CHEFOO Russian P.O. datestamps in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 503), the reverse with rare LIU KUNG TAU / WEI HAI WEI despatch datestamp in violet (only recorded used in 1903), Russian 'Postal Wagon No. 262' (serial no. 7) of the Chinese Eastern Railway (Sept 29) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 664) and Birkenhead arrival cds (Oct 30). A few envelope wrinkes but a rare usage.
