    German Post Offices. 1904 (Feb 11): Horizontally ovptd 10 pf. carmine postal stationery card sent registered to Wiesbaden with additional March 1901 20 pf. ultramarine tied by TSCHINWANGTAU cds's. Registered label at left and Wiesbaden arrival cds ((Marrch 9) on reverse. Slight scuff on card at left but scarce.
