    1860 (Feb 6): Entire letter from Lyon, France to Brousse; an invoice carried as a Consignee's letter and mailed on arrrival in Constantinople, with "Porto Piastre" black on white label at top annotated '2' (piastres) and mailed to Brouse. The label unusually tied by the framed Anchor 'P.P.' handstamp (Ringstrom & Tester type 10) in black. Some creasing but a rare entire, this label normally being found on fronts of covers only.
