    Far East Republic / Chita 1922 (Nov 23): Registered cover, sensibly opened for Exhibit display, mailed to France and franked on front and back with horizontal pairs of Chita Dec 1921 10 k. blue, red & black tied by 'Vladivostock' datestamps in black. London transit (Jan 6, 1923) and addressee not found in Paris, the cover marked 'Inconnu' and returned to sender at the French Consulate in Vladivostock. A fine and very scarce usage. Cert.
