    1923 (June 23): Bucharest to Constantinople Flight cover, franked with 1 l. violet (3), 2 l. red (2, one with fault) and reverse with 50 bani orange-yellow in a block of ten to reach the rate of 12 lei for a single letter. The cover is not registered but all adhesives are cancelled by 'Bucuresti / Recomandate' cds's. Flight date was June 26, with reverse showing 'Stamboul' arrival (27/6). Despite faults, a rare flight. Ex collection Bill Robertson.
