    1868: 18 bani bright red, a fine four margined horizontal pair (Types 8-5) and, on reverse a single example (Type 4), pre-paying the double weight registered rate to Bucharest; with the pair tied by framed RECOMANDAT handstamp in blue and the single cancelled by T. MAGURELLE datestamp (March 22) in black (Kiriac fig. 418). Giurgiu transit cds in blue and Bucuresti arrival (March 26) cds also on reverse. Small faults where seals were removed but a scarce franking. Signed Odor, Pascanu.
