    1 d. black, plate 2, lettered KF-KI, a superb used horizontal strip of four, with large even margins all round at showing portion of adjoining stamp beneath KI, used on front of cover from London (July 16, 1840) addressed to Preston and cancelled by four strikes of red Maltese Cross. A rare and most attractive piece.
