    1850/54: 5 centesimi yellow, 15 c. red (Type III) and 45 c. blue (Type II), all hand-paper used on large part cover to Turin tied by bold strikes of COMO 1/12 datestamps in black. Red 'P.D.' at right and letter crossed in manuscript to denote pre-payment. The adhesives all with large margins all round, the 5 c. with slight scissor cut well away from the design in margin but of great scarcity as a three colour franking and a most attractive cover.
