    100 r. green, three single examples, a horizontal pair and a partial imprint block of four, all used on 1879 registered cover to Rio De Janeiro cancelled by segmented cork handstamps in black; front with 'Diamantina' despatch cds (April 16) with 'Ouro Preto' transit on reverse (April 25) and manuscript annotation of receipt (April 29) and red 'Rio / Registrado' cds. The block affected by file fold but a dramatic 900 reis franking.
    Note: 200 reis for double internal rate, 200 reis for registration and 500 reis for Money remittance (2% of declared value).
