    80 r. slate violet, two examples, used in combination with 1854 10 r. blue, two vertical pairs, tied by segmented cork handstamps in black to reverse of 1866 cover to Itabapoanna. Obverse bears 'Rio De Janeiro' despatch cds (Dec 3). Cover without side flaps but a rare combination and a most unusual internal double rate cover. Cert. Moorhouse (2013).
