    1871 (Jan 3): Entire letter to Paris endorsed 'Par Moulins Allier' at lower left, franked by Bordeaux issue 1870 20 c. blue (Report I, position 8 of 15 subjects) and fine 80 c. carmine rose (position 8) tied by '264' gros chiffres of Avranches with despatch cds at left. Some minor staining to the entire from a damp 80 centimes adhesive in the Boule but an extremely rare franking. Signed Calves, Chevalier and Roumet. Cert. Roumet (2012).
