    1930 (Aug. 15) CAP ARCONA: Envelope addressed to Danzig franked only with Brazil 500 r. +  five Condor values of 500 r. each, all tied by "Condor Rio de Janeiro 15 AGO 30" cachet and sent by air to Cap Arcona at Fernando de Noronha (Aug 19th) and forwarded then via Lisbon to Germany ,showing "Danzig 23.8. 30" arrival mark on reverse; unusual franking without German adhesives, envelope opend on three sides and slightly trimmed on top, but  a rare air - sea - air item to an unusual destination Forschungsbericht Nr.42, ArGe Brasilien Dec. 1996 No.: 8c.
