    1854: 30 reis blue, an imperforate horizontal pair with large to touched margins, used on 1870 entire letter from Rio de Janeiro (Oct 7) to Lisbon, adhesives tied by segmented cork cancels in black. Portuguese '150' reis rate marking at right and reverse with 'P. Transatlantico' datestamp (24/10) in violet. Minor paper loss on front panel to left of 'Lisboa' but a scarce franking and a rare entire. Cert. Moorhouse (2013).
