    1853/60: 20 c. blue, 40 c. orange, and 80 c. carmine, 40 c. touched at base, otherwise each stamp with margins all round, tied by dotted numeral mark "2738" to large envelope sent to Siberia Russia with Rouen (Apr 16, 1857) dispatch cds, framed 'PD' in red, Prussian "AUS FRANKREICH PER AACHEN 18 4" transit cds in red and "SIMBIRSK 1857 APR 26" (Dobin type 1.03) Fleuron type arrival cds alongside. Vertical fold away from stamps and postmarks, a fine example of a second weight rate cover to a rare destination in that period.
