    30 reis grey-black, Intermediate Impression, a fine used example from Second Composite plate, State B, position 6; the corner of the pane showing vertical marginal line at right, marginal horizontal line at top and 4 mm. gap to the interpane dividing line above, cancelled by "Correio Geral Da Corte" datestamp in black (April 10, 1845) over large pre-printing paper fold running horizontally through the stamp. A most unusual and attractive example of a 'pli d'accordion'.
