    10 c. blue, "NACiONALES" and white dash variety discovered by Hugo Goeggel and plated to the top row of the sheet, the superb four margined example used on February 24, 1862 cover from Honda to Samper & Co. in Bogotá, neatly cancelled by oval HONDA / FRANCA handstamp leaving the variety clear. Mailed under the January 1862 new postal regulations, a wonderful and very scarce cover with only two known covers with a single 10 centavos franking, the plate variety being unique on letter.
