Cartago-Cali-Popayan Route 1805 (July 10): Entire letter from Tula to Popayan, distance 52 leagues / 290 kms., struck with the unique example of TVLA hamdstamp (Tizon 1 = RRR) and, below, equally fine FRANCA (Tizon 2 = RRR), both in red. Rated "1½" reales prepaid in manuscript for a single letter up to ½ ounce. A rare entire, one of two known in red ink, this being the earliest.
