    Santa Fé de Bogotá-Velez-Socorro-Pamplona Route 1810c.: Undated large part cover sent unpaid by the Judge of Suratá (1½ leagues from Matanza) and mailed from Matanza to Girón, struck with framed contracted MATANZA / DEBE handstamp in brown (Tizon = Unlisted). Manuscript notation at upper right "1½ ozs, 5 reales" to be paid on arrival. Faults and aged, but a most unusual handstamp, possibly unique. Phootocopy certificate Santa Maria (2003).
