    27 parale black on rose laid paper, used example cancelled by partial 'Roman/Moldova' in blue. Good to large margins all round, cut diagonal at bottom left, large thin and damaged at top. Illustrated in Heimbüchler handbook I page 293, just nine examples of the 27 pa. known from Roman. Signed Schlesinger. Certs. London Philatelic Society (1898) and Heimbüchler (1990) Gi = £ 16'000, Mi = EUR 17'000.
