    1902: 6 c. green & rose red overprinted locally, three examples (one on reverse) used on 1903 registered cover to the Chief Quarantine Officer in Manila, Philippines Islands, tied by RIVIÈRE DES ANGUILLES datestamps (Feb 7) in black. Registration cachet in red on front and reverse with Manila arrival cds(April 14) in violet. Few faults but a rare usage and destination.
