    30 reis grey-black and 90 reis black, Intermediate and Early Impressions, used on reverse of 1844 entire letter from Rio de Janeiro to Santos,both stamps with large margins all round and the 30 reis with vertical frame line at left, tied by CORREIO GERAL DA CORTE datestamp (April 6) in black. The adhesives have been removed and replaced slightly out of alignment but a fine mixed franking paying the Maritime 120 reis single rate. A fine cover of splendid appearance and very rare. Cert.
