    1867: Austrian Levant 1864 15 soldi brown, perf. 9½, 1867 25 soldi grey-violet and 1867 Danube & Black Sea Railway 20 pa. black on green, all tied to small piece, and tied by "Lloyd Agenzie / Kustendje" datetstamps (15/6) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 844). Imperfections on perforations but otherwise fine and of extreme scarcity. Certificate A.Diena (1975).
