    1869: 10 bani deep indigo blue, diagonally bisected example in a rich shade with part of adjoining stamp at left, used on1871  "Recipisa de Priimire." form numbered 2244 in manuscript, vertically creased as usual but well away from the adhesive, tied by "Bucurescii" datestamp (17/3) in black (Kiriac fig. 367). Further strike at right of form which is diagonally clipped at lower right. Extremely fine and rare - Heimbüchler's census (see page 299 of Handbook II) shows just four usages of the bisect in Bucharest, all on Recepisa forms, this being the sole example used in 1871.
