    1870: 3 bani violet, a narrow but clear margined example, just clipped at upper right, used with 1869 15 b. red, close margin at base and large margins on three sides and showing part of adjoining stamp at top, on 1870 cover to Braila paying the internal 18 bani rate, tied by "Bucuresti / Dim" datestamps (22/9) in black (Kiriac fig. 441). Framed "P.D." at right and reverse with "Braila / Dim" arrival (26/9) cds in black (Kiriac fig. 439). A charming and very scarce mixed issue franking. Certificate Heimbüchler (2012).
