    1865: 2 pa. orange on laid paper, a superb huge margined example used on 1865 Printed Matter cover locally addressed "en ville", tied by fine strike of the grill obliterator in black. "Bucuresci / *" datestamp at right (10/5) in black (Kiriac fig. 336). Inside flap docketed "Circulare Popp Frères, Bucarest 1 Ma1 1865" in manuscript. A particularly beautiful example of this very rare rate, with just two examples recorded with the laid paper 2 parale. Illustrated in Handbook II on page 162 and Edition D'Or vol XII on page 106.
