    Plate printed 30 pa. blue on white wove paper, a four margined example used on (1864) cover front to Goeseni with manuscript cross denoting full payment, tied by "Galatz / Moldova" datestamp (21/11) in black (Kiriac fig. 277). Scarce, the plate printed issue was in use for just three months. Certificate Heimbüchler (2012).
