    40 pa. greenish blue on white wove paper, a fine example used on 1860 cover to Galatz tied by bold strike of oval framed "Franco / Jassy" handstamp (Kiriac fig. 311) in bright red, with "Jassy / Moldova" datestamp at right (26/5) in same colour. reverse with "Galatz / Moldova" arrival cds (28/5) in blue. Most attractive and appealing cover. Illustrated in Edition D'Or vol XII on page 91. Cert. Heimbüchler (2010).
