    40 pa. greenish blue on white wove paper, used example in a pale shade on small piece, cancelled by complete strike of the rare framed "Franco / Ismailu" handstamp in black (Kiriac fig. 313). An extremely rare cancellation. For a note regarding this cancellation see Handbook I on page 182. Opinion Heimbüchler (2012).
    Note: In the 40 years that Fritz Heimbüchler collected and certificated Romanian classics, this was the sole example of this cancellation he found on the 40 parale.
