    1853 (Oct 17): Entire letter from Foksani to Bucharest struck with two line dated Cyrillic FOKSCHANI handstamp in bright blue (Kiriac fig. 244). Extremely fine for this, and an early usage: both Dragomir Kiriac and Fritz Heimbüchler record Sept 20, 1853 as the earliest date of use- Opinion Heimbüchler (2010).
