    1861/62: 1 c. blue, single used on 1862 cover to Liverpool, tied by circular "N. York Am. Pkt./21" datestamp (March 29) in black, with Liverpool arrival at top (April 14) and "1 s." charge in manuscript. Tiny inclusion at top of envelope but a scarce underpaid Transatlantic usage.
