    1856: 1 s. green, a fine deep shade on underpaid March 1860 entire letter endorsed "pr. Asia Str." to New York, tied by "18" London obliterator and struck with two line INSUFFICIENTLY / STAMPED in red and manuscript '38' alongside (debit to U.S. Post Office) and handstruck "48" (cents = 2 shillings) charge marking in black. A fine and most attractive entire.
