    1865: 20 pa. black on green, two examples (one on reverse) on 1866 registered cover to Tophané addressed to 'Hassan Pacha, President du Conseil d'Imalat de l'Administration d'Artillerie Impériale', tied by lozenge of small dots in black with bilingual "CHARGÉE" at right and docketing number alongside, five wax seals on reverse and front with oval evening despatch datestamp of Galata in black (Aug 23). A remarkable and extremely rare cover.
