    1863: 1 pi. and 2 pi. black on thin red-brown paper, used on outstanding August 1864 entire letter from Islimiye (Sliven, Bulgaria) to Rustchouk, cancelled by fine strikes of dotted Rustchouk handstamps in black (Brandt Type II / B-10 / Coles & Walker fig. 60). A marvellous entire in the foremost quality for a first issue letter. Signed A. Diena and R. Calves. Cert. A. Diena (1976).
