    Cover from Deraliye, Constantinople to Osman Pacha, Governor of the Province of Bosnia with gold dusted script, franked by Second Printing on thin paper coloured through 2 pi. black on greenish blue and 5 pi. black on rose red (marginal example from top of sheet) tied in black. An exceptional and rare cover, unrecorded by Basaran.
