    1863 (Nov 21): Entire letter from Cumaiatik (Tirgoviste, Bulgaria) to Mavrides in Rustchuk (Bulgaria) franked over file fold with large margined horizontal pair of Second Printing 1 pi. slate on grey paper showing pre-printing horizontal paper fold and, at top, outer frame-line wear, tied by 'battal' in blue-green. A delightful and very rare first issue entire of great visual appeal. Unrecorded by Basaran.
