    Philippople 1883 (Nov 14): 10 soldi blue postal stationery envelope used to Budapest neatly cancelled by FILIPOPOLI datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 868) in black. reverse with Constantinopel Austrian P.O. transit cds and part arrival cds.
