    1918 (Oct 22): Imperial Arms definitives, 15 kop. violet & blue imperf., 1 r. dark-brown & orange imperf. (2) and 3.50 r. perf. (vertical pair), all with different Odessa type overprints, tied by Nikolayev cds's to front and back of parcel card with insurance and cash on delivery at the same time, sent to Skvira Kiev Gub (Oct. 25). Stamps without punching, but imperf. stamps show some sort of local perforation.
