Galvez) and sent registered to Cottbus, Germany franked by 1929 2 k. green, 3 k. light blue (both imperforate), Airmail 1927 10 k. deep ultramarine & brown and 1929 Welfare 10 k. + 2 k. red-brown & sepia, mailed from Kharkoff. Unusual-with note on reverse 'I beg to inform you that I can deliver Michel 464/466 only on cash, not exchange...'.
